
Duncan is Assistant Editor at BBC Radio Berkshire, where he has championed the use of radio drama to give a voice to excluded and divided communities. This work includes Sony Gold winning The Plot, based on an allotment in Slough, and Oxford Rd, the Story which helped transform the reputation of Reading's most notorious neighbourhood.
More recently he's been working in partnership with theatre companies within the criminal justice system to create an interactive drama called Legsy gets a Break (currently being redeveloped as a Radio 4 afternoon play) and rewriting Oscar Wilde's Ballad of Reading Gaol with present day inmates.
Duncan also spent a year on secondement working with BBC Radio Drama's development team. Other roles with the BBC include being Health Correspondent with BBC South Today and BBC Radio Berkshire's News Editor.
