3. Prepare your audio in accordance with the category requirements and convert to a single MP3 file, no larger than 55MB, ready for entry. Only broadcast material should be included on your MP3. Judges will not welcome the inclusion of other audio material, such as specially recorded voice links or introductions.

5. Complete an entry form for each entry you wish to make.
(Before you ‘submit’ your form, you will be able to: Save / print / edit/ clone or delete your draft as you wish).
6. Upload your audio (a single MP3 file, up to 55MB, per entry). Note: ‘Breakfast Show of the Year’ and ‘Station of the Year’ categories require two uploads.
7. When ready, SUBMIT your completed entry form online. At this point you will be prompted to supply your payment details. You can either provide us with a Purchase Order reference for us to invoice you or post a cheque. We regret we cannot accept on-line credit card payments. Payment is
£99.88 per entry (£85 + VAT @ 17.5% from 1st Jan 2010) to be made payable to Alan Zafer & Associates Ltd.

8. You will be emailed the hard copy of your entry form with label templates for your envelope & CD, and full instructions for printing, collating and packaging your entry.
For your entry to be valid, you will need to send the hard copy of your entry form (with signature of authorization) along with your entry audio on a CD and your payment to The Secretariat by the stated deadline - 5pm, Wednesday 27th January 2010.
9. Authorise your entry:
Entry forms must be signed by the appropriate Company Manager or Station Controller.
A letter from the broadcasting station must be supplied as proof of broadcast & consent, if entering from an Independent Production Company or Satellite/Cable station.
Proof of all relevant clearances must be submitted for webcasts.
