This category is for a broadcaster who skilfully shares their knowledge and their passion for music.
To be considered for this award you must submit the following audio:
ONE MP3 (up to 55 MB) to consist of a compilation of 4 to 6 extracts (lasting no longer than 30 minutes in total) to reflect the broadcaster’s best output from 2009. Extracts must be separated by a fade into and out of a 1 second gap, so that it is clear to judges where each extract begins and ends. Music, promos and adverts (but no other content) may be telescoped within each extract.
To accompany your audio, you are also required to submit a written summary (no more than 250 words) explaining your objectives, target audience, challenges and/or achievements. Please do not assume that the judges will have prior knowledge of your audience or your work – any information you can give to explain the context of your work will be beneficial.
Please note: Beyond the information requested, no further supporting material will be considered. Judges reserve the right not to judge an entry if the submission requirements have not been met.
